Returns & Exchanges

• All returns/exchanges must contact [email protected] and be authorized before items are sent back
• Store credit is issued for all returns/exchanges, no cash refund
• Items must be returned and inspected before store credit is issued
• Altered and washed garments are not returnable/exchangable
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from receipt
• Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid (you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs)
• Ladywood Label is in no way responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. 
• All pre order items are final sale.  No returns or exchanges on pre order items.
